Exchanges and Returns

All Christmas gifts can be exchanged or returned until January 30th.

Any products purchased on marlestudio.dk can be exchanged for another item or returned within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please email hello@marlestudio.dk within 14 days of receiving your order, explaining why you wish to return the item or which item you would like to exchange it for. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice and order confirmation. The item must be shipped back within 14 days of sending the email.

All items must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received. The item should be returned in its original packaging and securely wrapped to avoid damage during transport. Please note that returns may be canceled if the item is deemed damaged due to insufficient packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If you wish to exchange an item, shipping for the new item is free. If you prefer a refund, the full amount including the original shipping cost will be refunded.

For exchanges of gifts purchased on marlestudio.dk, the item can be exchanged for another of equal value. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive item, you can pay the difference, and the new item will be sent to you.

Sale items, clearance stock, and second-hand items are non-returnable.
