Yes, all of my ceramics are handmade with care in my workshop in Haderslev. Since each piece is unique, you may notice slight variations in size, color, and glaze, which are part of the charm of handmade items.

I do not offer custom orders, but I am always exploring new designs and collections. Please feel free to check back for new releases!

All of my ceramics are dishwasher safe. However, be careful when handling cups with handles, as the handle can be more vulnerable if it bumps into something in the dishwasher. If you want to take extra care of your ceramics, I recommend washing them by hand to help preserve their beauty for years to come.

 I do not have a physical store. However, you can find my products at several physical retailers across the country. Please get in touch for more information about where to find them!

Currently, I do not offer in-person pickup at my workshop. However, you can choose to have your order shipped to a local parcel shop or directly to your home. Shipping options are available during checkout.

I currently do not offer worldwide shipping. However, you can see if I ship to your country at checkout when you enter your address details.

I offer exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving your order. For Christmas gifts, returns and exchanges are accepted until January 30th. To initiate a return or exchange, simply send an email to hello@marlestudio.dk with your order details. Please note that the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Yes, all of my ceramics are made with glazes approved for food contact. I am registered with the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration to ensure that all of my products meet food safety standards. None of my glazes contain cadmium or lead. You can view my latest inspection report here.

In Denmark, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. For international orders, it may take 4-7 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping times may vary during busy seasons, but I will do my best to keep you updated on your order status.
